Go to class to learn new spells, catch wild dragons for your Dragodex, and explore the castle, the Old Wood and the Rootdeep Warren. Then face Old Briar, Warden of the Arch, in the first of the Trials.

Hatch your own dragon
Pick one of three glowing eggs. Your dragon follows you everywhere, fights beside you and grows up with you.
Two-on-two battles
You cast spells while your dragon attacks. Shield it with Ward, jolt foes with Spark, and gang up on one target for a combo.
Fill your Dragodex
Catch wild dragons with the Binding Charm. There are 17 species to find in Chapter 1, including a rare one hiding in the mist.
Explore and solve puzzles
Roam the castle, the Old Wood and the Rootdeep Warren, a dungeon of dark mazes, rune bridges and boulder puzzles.
A rival and five wands
Duel Rowan, who always takes the egg that beats yours. Collect five wands: the one you hold changes the type of your spells.
iPad, controllers and achievements
Play on iPhone or iPad, with touch or a game controller, and earn 13 Game Center achievements.
Hallowtide
Every year from October 20 to November 1, pumpkin lanterns light up Highcrag and a rare pumpkin dragon hides in the Old Wood.
