The short version
Hearthwing doesn't collect any data: no name, email, contacts, location or gameplay stats. There are no accounts, no ads, no purchases, no analytics and no tracking across other apps or websites.
Your progress
Your progress is saved on your device. Starting with version 1.1, a copy is also kept in your own iCloud account so it carries over to a new phone. The developer can't see your save.
Game Center
Starting with version 1.1, if your device is signed in to Game Center, the game reports the achievements you earn to Game Center. That's handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; the developer doesn't receive your Game Center name or any other details. You don't need Game Center to play.
Send feedback
At the end of Chapter 1 there's an optional Send feedback button. It opens your own Mail app with an email addressed to dkarivalis@gmail.com, prefilled with your in-game level and progress and the app and iOS versions. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself. If you do, your email is used only to read and reply to your feedback.
Children
Hearthwing collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new date.
